James has worked with DMC for 15 years and has over 25 years in the building industry. James' building experience over the years has been diverse, including tennis courts, swimming pools and bridges through to multi-million dollar new builds. He also goes the extra distance with clients, to meet all requirements and timeframes. A reflection of the standard of his work is shown by the fact that no remedial work has been required. James is an excellent team leader, particularly on site. He has earned the respect from his co-workers and subcontractors because of his organisational ability, his 'team player' attitude and knowledge of the local building industry.
Site Foreman
Dale has worked with DMC for 13 years. Dale has a huge range of skills, from groundworks through to high detail finishing. With his design background he brings a level of qualification that is not often seen, and is unique on a building site. He is very particular and precise with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the build. Dale contributes greatly to the DMC team he is a good listener and follows through on meeting our clients requirements. Dale sets a really high standard and is very committed to exceeding expectations. In all his years with DMC he has never had to perform remedial work on his projects.
